In 1943, Papa Paul brought his original family recipes from the hills of Italy to Division street in Chicago where he served up the finest Pizza to ever hit Chicago.  Ed Conway bought the Pizza Palace in 1955 and took its famous recipes to Elmhurst.  Generations of families have enjoyed some of the best Italian cooking ever.  Everything is still made the Old World way with everything homemade, not frozen, to provide the best in quality dining.  The Pizza Palace is the oldest family owned Pizzeria in Chicagoland today!
